IFC initially developed these activities in response to the information needs of the Puesto de Bolsa Interbolsa (Interbolsa Brokerage Firm), which requires reliable technical analysis of issuers for making investment decisions and advising its clients. Afterward, they were institutionalized as a value-added service for Interbolsa Group clients and a way of increasing the technical knowledge of the people who work in the stock market field. Currently several associations in the business include the reports generated by IFC on their websites.
