• a. ID card (cedula) copy on both sides for Costa Ricans
• b. Residency Card for foreign residents
• c. Passport for non-resident foreigners
• 2. Copy of paycheck or social security stub if on salary
• 3. Registered signature card (pleas include ID cards mentions in #1 for all people authorized on the account
• 4. Signed contract (for the brokerage and investment funds)
• 5. Letter for foreign checks
• 6. Addendum to regulate electronic y telephonic access
• 7. Letter for trust services
• 8. “Know your client” form
• 9. Client profile questionnaire
• 10. Control of the delivery of prospectus and contracts

CORPORATION REQUIREMENTS

• 1. Copy of the Company ID front and back
• 2. Registered signature card
• 3. Copy of an Id of the authorized people on the account

• 6. Letter for foreign checks

• 9. “Know your client” form
• 10. Client profile questionnaire
• 11. Control of the delivery of prospectus and contracts
• 12. Copy of the “Acta constutiva” or the legal document which displays the formation of the company (only for foreigners)*
• *Foreign Companies without an office in Costa Rica registered in Costa Rica require a “proceso consular” or legal verification.
